WEDNESDAYS AT 7:30 PM (PAUSED FOR THE SUMMER)

B LIST (Low Impact Strength Training) is a form of resistance training developed by Move East Studios that uses light dumbbells, balls, bands and other tools to build strength, sculpt and tone without the use of high impact movements. This class draws from the principles of pilates, barre, yoga & dance to generate a sweat you’ll never get tired of.

FRIDAYS AT 6:00 AM

A LIST (Low Impact Strength Training) developed by Move East Studios uses aerobic movements to improve cardiovascular capacity, without the use of high impact exercises. We use 30 second intervals in sets of 3, drawing from the principles of pilates, barre, yoga & dance to build endurance and have FUN!
